How It Works

Refer Someone

Refer Someone: Know someone who needs a beautiful, professional workspace to grow their business? Invite them to join Teja Spaces.

They Sign Up

If they take up a dedicated desk or private office for at least 3 months, and complete the full term, your referral is successful.

You Get Paid

We’ll pay you USD 100 (or equivalent in KES) via bank transfer or M-Pesa — no strings attached.
Terms & Conditions
  1. Referral Eligibility
    • Open to anyone, whether or not you are a current Teja member.
    • Referrals must be new clients — they should not have been a Teja member within the past 12 months.
    • Referrals must be submitted before the person books a tour, signs up, or is in contact with our team.
  2. Qualifying Memberships
    • The referred person/company must sign up for a dedicated desk or private office on a minimum 3-month membership.
    • The membership must be completed and fully paid (i.e., the person remains a member for all 3 months).
  3. Reward Payment
    • A one-time payment of USD 100 (or KES equivalent) will be made via bank transfer or M-Pesa.
    • Rewards will be disbursed within 30 days after the 3rd paid month of the referred member.
  4. Multiple Referrals
    • There is no limit to how many people you can refer.
    • If two people refer the same person, the reward goes to whoever submitted the referral first.
  5. Exclusions
    • Referrals for hot desk, day pass, or virtual office packages do not qualify.
    • The referral program cannot be combined with broker commissions, corporate discounts, or other promotions.
  6. Submission Process
    • Referrals must be submitted via our referral form below or by emailing us on Info@teja-africa.co
    • Please include: your name + contact, full name of the person you’re referring, and their contact info.
  7. Right to Modify
    • Teja Spaces reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time. Valid referrals made prior to changes will still be honoured.
